About This Machine
Cosmos (Black Test-Sample) is a four-player electro-mechanical (EM) pinball machine developed by Bally Manufacturing Co. and dated September 1968. As a test sample, it was a pre-production example rather than a standard shipping model, and the project was ultimately canceled.
The machine uses mechanical reels for scoring and is fitted with a pair of flippers. Because it never reached full production, surviving examples are extremely rare. It is recorded through the Pinside database and has not yet been listed on the Internet Pinball Database.
