About This Machine

Goin' Nuts is a solid-state pinball machine manufactured by D. Gottlieb & Co. in February 1983. Built on Gottlieb's System 80A hardware, it is a four-player game with a digital score display and four flippers. Uniquely for a Gottlieb game of the era, it offers a three-ball multiball feature.

Goin' Nuts never reached full production. It remained a prototype and was ultimately canceled, with only about ten units ever produced. That tiny run makes it one of the scarcest machines Gottlieb ever built, and surviving examples are highly prized by collectors. Because it was never widely distributed, it is not yet catalogued on IPDB, and its data here is drawn from the Pinside machine database.
