Maverick

Maverick is a solid-state pinball machine released by Data East USA, Inc. in September 1994. Built on Data East's Version 3b hardware, it supports up to four players and features a dot matrix display, three flippers, a ramp, and multiball play. Its Old West and riverboat gambling motifs draw on the Maverick franchise popularized on screen.

As one of Data East's 1994 offerings, Maverick sits within the manufacturer's busy mid-1990s lineup of licensed titles. Its combination of a single ramp, multiple flippers, and multiball reflects the standard feature set of dot-matrix-era Data East games.
