Big Bang Bar Remake
About This Machine
Big Bang Bar Remake is a solid-state pinball machine produced by Illinois Pin Ball, Inc. (IPB) in 2007, a faithful reproduction of Capcom's legendary Big Bang Bar. The original Big Bang Bar was one of the last games Capcom developed before exiting the pinball business in the late 1990s, and only a handful of prototypes were ever made, making it one of the most coveted machines in the hobby.
To satisfy that demand, IPB used remaining Capcom parts and licensed the design and name to build a limited run of 183 units, which prominently carry the Capcom branding and use Capcom circuit boards. Carrying an MSRP of $15,000 at its June 2007 delivery, the remake features three flippers, a ramp, four-ball multiball, and a dot-matrix display, and many units were delivered to buyers in Europe.
