Spinal Tap

Spinal Tap is a home-brew pinball machine built in March 2019, with only a single unit produced. The four-player, solid-state game is notable for its three-flipper layout and LCD display, a slightly unconventional configuration for a custom build.

Themed around the fictional rock band Spinal Tap, the machine leans into the music-and-comedy source material that has inspired many enthusiast projects. As a home-brew creation, it was made outside the commercial pinball industry.
