Star Wars Comic (Home Edition)

Star Wars Comic (Home Edition), officially marketed as the Star Wars Comic Art Home Edition, is a solid state pinball machine released by Stern Pinball in November 2020. Part of Stern's line of compact, affordably priced home games, it brings the Star Wars galaxy into the living room with dynamic comic book-style artwork by Randy Martinez, drawing on the comic art package Stern had previously used on its commercial Star Wars models.

The game runs on Stern's SPIKE 2 electronics system with an LCD display and features select speech and footage from the original Star Wars trilogy. The playfield includes two flippers, two ramps, and multiball play, along with color-changing playfield inserts, a custom sculpted Death Star, and a custom sculpted, interactive TIE fighter that players battle during gameplay.

Designed to be easy to set up and built with genuine Stern commercial-quality parts, the Home Edition supports up to four players and features all-LED playfield lighting. It offered fans a simpler, lower-cost way to own a Star Wars pinball machine compared to Stern's full-size Pro, Premium, and Limited Edition versions of the license.
