Asgard

Asgard is a conversion kit released around 2020 by Classic Playfield Reproductions (CPR), a company best known for its faithful reproduction playfields and backglasses for classic machines. Rather than restoring an old game to original condition, the Asgard kit transforms a well-worn vintage solid-state machine into an essentially new Norse-themed title.

CPR's conversion kits are aimed at donor machines that were produced in large numbers and are still easy to find in rough condition, making them ideal candidates for a second life. All components are made to order using the same high-quality materials and processes as the company's standard reproductions.

The result is a rare, custom game for the collector's lineup: a classic four-player solid-state platform with digital score displays, dressed in an all-new Viking mythology art package.
