Funhouse 2.0 (Rudy's Nightmare)

Funhouse 2.0 (Rudy's Nightmare) is a 2021 add-on kit from Italy's Pedretti Gaming that reimagines Williams' 1990 classic FunHouse, the Pat Lawlor-designed fan favorite starring Rudy, pinball's most famous talking dummy head. Rather than a new machine, the kit upgrades an existing FunHouse with modern FAST Pinball electronics, an LCD display, and an all-new 'Rudy's Nightmare' software package.

Released in November 2021 at an MSRP of $2,500, the kit gives the four-player game a darker spin on its carnival theme while retaining the original layout's three flippers, single ramp, and multiball play.

Funhouse 2.0 is part of a broader wave of officially sanctioned '2.0' conversion kits that emerged in the early 2020s, extending the life of beloved 1990s titles with contemporary hardware and fresh rules.
