Elvira's House of Horrors (40th anniversary edition)

Elvira's House of Horrors (40th Anniversary Edition) is a 2021 limited release from Stern Pinball celebrating four decades of Cassandra Peterson's beloved horror hostess, Elvira, Mistress of the Dark. Just 199 units were produced in October 2021, making it one of the scarcest variants in Stern's modern catalog.

The game is based on Stern's Elvira's House of Horrors, the third pinball machine starring Elvira, in which players check into a haunted mansion and battle through B-movie-inspired scenes packed with campy humor and horror schlock. Built on Stern's SPIKE 2 system, the four-player game features two flippers, three ramps, six multiball modes, and an LCD display, with Elvira's trademark wisecracks running throughout.

With its tiny production run, the 40th Anniversary Edition immediately became a collector's piece among fans of the long-running Elvira pinball legacy.
