Scooby Doo (Standard Edition)

Scooby Doo (Standard Edition) is the entry-level version of Spooky Pinball's fully licensed Scooby-Doo machine, which went on sale in December 2022. Based on the original animated series, the game includes custom call-outs from voice actors Frank Welker, Matthew Lillard, Kate Micucci, and Grey Griffin, and supports up to five players -- matching the five members of the Mystery Inc. gang, each represented by one of the game's ramps.

Despite being the most affordable of the three editions, the Standard shares its complete gameplay with the Blood Suckers and Collectors Editions. The layout places a standard-body playfield in a widebody cabinet, allowing an upper playfield with two full-size flippers (four in total), a Captain Cutler bash toy with magnetic magna hands, a five-ball Mystery Machine lock, illuminated drop targets, a bookcase diverter, two spinners, dual apron ball locks, and more than 200 RGB LEDs.

Where the pricier editions add powder-coated metalwork, toppers, and lighting extras, the Standard Edition delivered the same rules, shots, and multiball action in a simpler trim -- making it the value pick for players who cared more about gameplay than cosmetics.
