Evil Dead

Evil Dead is Spooky Pinball's late-2024 release based on the iconic horror franchise that began with Sam Raimi's 1981 cult classic, a natural fit for the Wisconsin manufacturer that built its reputation on horror titles like Halloween and Scooby-Doo. Revealed in November 2024, the game was limited to a production run of 888 units.

Breaking with Spooky's usual practice of offering multiple trim levels, Evil Dead shipped in a single premium edition, with optional add-ons available for buyers who wanted extra flourishes. The game uses a widebody playfield, Spooky's first since Scooby-Doo in early 2023, giving the layout room for four flippers, four ramps, and a six-ball multiball, all presented on a modern LCD display.

The theme drops players into the Deadite-infested world of the films, and demand proved fierce: the majority of the run was claimed within days of the announcement. As a four-player solid state machine from one of the leading boutique builders, Evil Dead cemented Spooky's standing as the go-to manufacturer for horror pinball.
