The Fiery End of Obsidian High
About This Machine
The Fiery End of Obsidian High is a one-of-a-kind home-brew pinball machine from UP Pinball, with a single unit planned for completion around April 2026. Like most home-brew projects, it is a labor of love built by an enthusiast rather than a commercial product, and it is documented in the Pinside machine database.
Despite its DIY origins, the game boasts a genuinely ambitious feature set: three flippers, a ramp, three multiball modes, and a modern LCD display, all running on solid-state electronics with support for up to four players.
Home-brew machines like this one represent the grassroots side of the modern pinball renaissance, where hobbyists design, build, and program complete custom games from scratch - and with only one example of The Fiery End of Obsidian High ever planned, it is by definition among the rarest machines in the database.
