Galax

Galax is a rare and mysterious electro-mechanical pinball machine of unknown manufacture. All that survives is a single photograph of its backglass, depicting an unclothed, green-skinned woman with long white hair in a swan-dive pose amid a backdrop of red, white, and blue star clusters, surrounded by solid red boomerang-shaped vectors. The backglass shows 5-digit score windows, and no replay window is apparent.

The game's theme is space fantasy, and its only known real-world echo is a 1978 Brazilian comic book also titled "Galax," whose cover depicts a differently-styled, caped heroine facing down alien opponents — though any connection between the two is unconfirmed.

Beyond the backglass image, essentially nothing else is known about Galax: its manufacturer, date, designer, playfield layout, and feature set remain undocumented, leaving it one of the more enigmatic entries in pinball history.
