Led Zeppelin (Premium)
About This Machine
The Led Zeppelin (Premium) pinball machine is a 2021 release from Stern Pinball celebrating the legendary rock band. Designed by Steve Ritchie, the game brings the energy of Led Zeppelin's music to life on the playfield.
Gameplay is where the machine shines, with a wide range of features: three flippers, nine stand-up targets, and four ramps, providing ample opportunities for scoring. The centerpiece is an elevating device in the middle of the playfield containing a spinner and a magnet that can stop the ball and then hold it, throw it, or keep it as a locked ball when the device lowers into the playfield. Ten full-length Led Zeppelin songs are played throughout the game, with player-selectable song choices at the start of each ball. Multiball action and stereo sound further enhance the experience.
This machine features a modern design aesthetic, with LED-illuminated playfield art blades and a translite used instead of a traditional backglass. Powder-coated steel and black side armor give it a sleek look, with attention to detail evident in the powder-coated hinges, front lockdown molding, and legs. As a Premium-tier addition to Stern's catalog, the Led Zeppelin (Premium) offers an elevated feature set over the Pro model for enthusiasts and collectors.
