About This Machine

The Avengers Infinity Quest (Pro) is Stern Pinball's 2020 licensed machine bringing the Marvel Cinematic Universe's battle against Thanos and his Infinity Gauntlet to the playfield. Designed by Keith Elwin, known for titles such as AC/DC and Iron Maiden, the game combines a Marvel license with Elwin's reputation for tight, flow-oriented rulesets.

Gameplay-wise, The Avengers Infinity Quest (Pro) features three flippers, three pop bumpers, two slingshots, five standup targets, spinning targets, a 3-bank drop target, a spinning disc with post, a captive ball, a Newton ball post, and a stop magnet, along with a Star Rollover and multiball. Notably, this machine also includes Stern's "Action Button" on the lockdown bar, which lets players trigger certain events with ease.

Visually, the Pro model features a powder-coated black wrinkle finish on its legs, side armor, hinges, and lockdown bar, with a plastic molded bottom arch and decal cabinet artwork. As with other Spike 2-era Stern Pro models, a translite is used instead of a traditional backglass. A bubble level is built into the shooter lane, and stereo sound rounds out the package. At an MSRP of $6,199, it offered an accessible entry point into the Avengers Infinity Quest line.
