About This Machine

Charleston is a solid-state, single-player pinball machine of unknown manufacturer and production year. The only documentation available is a small online image of its backglass, showing two women dressed as 'flappers'; no manufacturer name could be discerned on it, if one is present at all. It was likely made by the same company that produced SOREX's 'Charleston Turbo,' or at least by the same design house working in that same period.

Because so little material on Charleston survives, its playfield layout, features, and rules remain undocumented. Its flapper-themed backglass art is the clearest surviving clue to its identity and era.

Charleston remains one of the more obscure entries in pinball history, known mainly through its connection to SOREX's Charleston Turbo rather than through any confirmed details of its own.
