Jurassic Park (Limited Edition)
About This Machine
Jurassic Park (Limited Edition) from Stern Pinball, Incorporated, is a highly sought-after machine among collectors and enthusiasts. Released in 2019 as a limited production run of 500 units, each game came with a serialized number plate, a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Gary Stern, and a playfield apron autographed by designer Keith Elwin.
The gameplay experience places players in the world of Jurassic Park, with a 3-to-6-ball multiball mode, a moving T-Rex head that can capture and throw the ball, spinning helicopter blades, a horizontal-spinner vehicle toy, and a raptor figurine among its features. The inclusion of a shaker motor and a motorized up/down target add an extra layer of physical feedback to the game. Pop bumpers feature caps simulating a mosquito embedded in amber, echoing the film's iconic imagery.
The machine's design is equally impressive, with its hunter green high-gloss powder-coated armor and legs giving it a sleek appearance, complemented by side art blades and anti-reflection playfield glass. A mirrored backglass is used instead of a translite, creating a striking presentation. As one of Stern's higher-end licensed releases, this Jurassic Park pinball combines detailed toys and premium finishes with the modern SPIKE 2-based gameplay that enthusiasts demand.
