Wall Street (Spain)
About This Machine
Wall Street (Spain) is an electro-mechanical Bingo Machine (Model 1142) produced by Bally Manufacturing Corporation for the Spanish market. Its exact production date is not documented, though it can be dated to sometime after Bally's founding in 1931. Its schematic wiring part number is W-825-64.
Like other Bally bingo machines, Wall Street uses six cards displayed on the backglass, with numbers lit as balls drop into playfield holes, rather than being scored primarily through flipper-controlled shots. IPDB notes that this game should not be confused with two other unrelated Bally titles: a 1974 'Wall Street' and a 1977 'Wall Street Special (Spain).'
Beyond its mechanical specifications, little further information survives about this machine's theme execution or artwork, though the Wall Street name evokes the financial-district branding common to several of Bally's number-card bingo games.
