About This Machine

Pirates of the Caribbean, released by Jersey Jack Pinball in 2018, marks a significant milestone in the company's history as one of its flagship titles. Designed by Eric Meunier, this solid-state electronic pinball machine brings to life the swashbuckling adventure theme with unprecedented depth and complexity. As a licensed title, it boasts an impressive array of features that set it apart from other games on the market.

Gameplay is where Pirates of the Caribbean truly shines, with a multitude of innovative mechanics that keep players engaged for hours on end. The 5 flippers provide ample opportunity for high-scoring shots, while the variable-speed rocking elevated mini-playfield and ball cannon create an unpredictable yet thrilling experience. The presence of standup targets, spinning targets, concentricspinning disks, magnets, kick-out hole, scoop, whirlpool funnel, and left crossover return lane all contribute to a rich and dynamic gameplay environment. The inclusion of speech adds another layer of immersion, further drawing players into the world of piracy.

Design-wise, Pirates of the Caribbean boasts an impressive array of visual and aesthetic elements. The clear-coated playfield provides crystal-clear viewing, while the 27-inch backbox LCD screen delivers crisp graphics. The cabinet art is a masterful blend of decals that evoke the sense of adventure and mystery found in the Pirates franchise. Interestingly, the machine features actual glass for the backglass, rather than translite material, adding to its premium feel. When combined with factory-installed RGB-LED feature lighting and white general illumination, the overall effect is a stunning visual experience.
