About This Machine

Rob Zombie is a horror-themed pinball machine from Spooky Pinball LLC of Benton, Wisconsin, released in February 2016. It was designed by Charlie Emery, Ben Heckendorn, and Dennis Nordman, with artwork by Alex Horley and Matt Riesterer, and features voice work from Rob Zombie, Sheri Moon Zombie, and Sid Haig, along with ten licensed Rob Zombie songs. The manufacturer confirmed 250 units of the Standard Edition were produced, running on the custom PinHeck System MPU.

One of the most notable aspects of Rob Zombie is its variable multiball feature, capable of running up to 7 balls simultaneously. The playfield includes an elevated mini-playfield, three flippers, three pop bumpers, four slingshots, five standup targets, and a single drop target that leads to an inner orbit ball lock, all contributing to the game's frenetic pace. Physical toys include an animated robot, a Captain Spaulding figurine, a Chicken In A Bucket, a Dead City Radio boom box, and a Living Dead Girl figurine.

The cabinet and display are tied together by the "Chroma Corpse" color display, reinforcing the dark, gothic horror atmosphere central to the Rob Zombie brand. With its unique blend of licensed horror content, high-capacity multiball, and elaborate toy package, Rob Zombie stands as one of Spooky Pinball's more elaborate horror-themed releases.
