Kill Shot

Kill Shot was a pinball machine planned by Data East Pinball, Incorporated (model number 500-5516-01), but like a number of other Data East projects from the 1986–1994 period, it never went into production. It is unknown whether any prototype units were built or survive today.

Because Kill Shot never reached the market, there is no reliable information available about its theme, artwork, features, or the identity of its designer. No sales, no cabinets, and no documented gameplay exist to draw on — the model number alone confirms that Data East assigned it a place in their development pipeline before the project was shelved.

As an unproduced game, Kill Shot is less a piece of pinball history than a gap in it — a title that was planned but never realized, and about which almost nothing can be confirmed beyond its name and manufacturer.
