Wood's Queen

Wood, manufactured by Zaccaria of Bologna, Italy in 1976, is a four-player electro-mechanical pinball machine with a fantasy theme, featuring artwork by Lorenzo Rimondini. It's part of a family of related releases: one-player and two-player versions of the same game were released under the title 'Wood's Queen' the same year.

Gameplay-wise, Wood offers two flippers, three pop bumpers, two slingshots, a six-bank of drop targets, and seven standup targets, giving players a variety of shots and target combinations typical of mid-1970s European EM design.

Details about Wood's specific development and reception are limited, but as one of Zaccaria's mid-1970s EM releases, it reflects the company's pinball output during its 1974-1987 run as a manufacturer.
