Super Par Golf

Super Par Golf, manufactured by Chicago Coin Machine Manufacturing Company, is the replay version of the company's 1965 title 'Par Golf.' As a golf-themed, single-player electro-mechanical (EM) 'Bat Game,' it reflects Chicago Coin's mid-1960s output rather than the earliest days of EM pinball, arriving decades after the format was established in the 1930s.

The gameplay revolves around golf-themed scoring, consistent with its 'Sports - Golfing' theme and model number 327-A. As a replay-format machine, players' scores earned free replays rather than physical add-a-balls, a common configuration for domestic-market EM games of the period.

Detailed records of Super Par Golf's specific design or artwork have not surfaced, but as part of Chicago Coin's long run of golf-themed titles (following 1965's Par Golf), it represents the company's continued output during the mature EM era of the mid-to-late 1960s.
