Lunelle

Lunelle, manufactured by Taito do Brasil, a division of Taito, Japan, is a rare and intriguing addition to any pinball collection. Its exact release year is unconfirmed, though a former Taito employee reportedly said the game dates from 1981, while a separate report places it in Taito's 1982 catalog. As one of the few examples of a Taito-branded pinball from Brazil, Lunelle offers a glimpse into the lesser-known side of the company's production. Its playfield layout is identical to Williams' 1980 'Alien Poker.'

The gameplay on Lunelle is where it truly shines, boasting three flippers and four pop bumpers that provide an engaging challenge for players. The addition of standup targets and a 5-bank drop target adds depth to the game, while three kick-out holes offer an exciting element of unpredictability.

As one of the lesser-known machines from Taito do Brasil, Lunelle provides an opportunity for enthusiasts to explore a previously uncharted corner of pinball history. Without more information about its creation or exact release date, we're left to marvel at its intriguing design and gameplay, eager to learn more about this fascinating piece of pinball heritage.
