Basket World Trotter

The Basket World Trotter is a rare addition to any pinball collection, produced by Giuliano Lodola's company in Italy in August 1979. It is similar to Bally's 1979 'Harlem Globetrotters On Tour', reflecting basketball's popularity as a pinball theme of the period. Little documentation exists on this particular title.

Gameplay-wise, the Basket World Trotter boasts three flippers, three kicking disks, two slingshots, seven standup targets, three spinning targets, two kick-out holes, and a right outlane detour gate that alters the path of the ball along the outlane.

The Basket World Trotter's design and art reflect its basketball theme. While there is limited information available on this machine, its rarity and features make it an interesting collector's item for those seeking to add a piece of Italian pinball history to their collection.
