Twist

Twist, manufactured by Rally Play Company of Nice, France in 1962, is a rare electro-mechanical (EM) pinball machine themed around dancing, music, nightlife, and singing - fitting for a game named after the era's popular dance craze.

Twist's gameplay is built around four flippers, giving it a more dynamic layout than many earlier EM machines. Four pop bumpers add an extra layer of challenge for players to manage ball control, while three standup targets, two kick-out holes, and two bonus ladders round out its distinctive layout.

No information is available on the machine's designer or specific artwork, but its early-1960s French origins and nightlife theme make it an intriguing find for collectors and enthusiasts seeking early EM history from a lesser-known European manufacturer.
