Gameplay

Zero Point is a two-player shooting game released in 1998 by Unico. Players utilize light guns to target and eliminate on-screen objects in this arcade experience. The gameplay centers around precision aiming and quick reflexes as players attempt to score points by hitting designated targets within the interactive environment. The game’s title references a scientific term related to quantum mechanics, though it doesn't necessarily evoke the feeling of its namesake idiom. Zero Point was the first entry in a series, followed by a sequel released the following year. Programmers Cheong yong ik and Koo eun joong collaborated on the game's development alongside graphics designers Na jong yong, Lee gi seon, Moon sung ok, and Hong you hyun. Music and sound were composed by Park hyo jin, while Chun Chung ok served as both hardware engineer and scenario director for this shooter. The system’s audio is delivered through a YM3812 and OKI6295 sound chip combination.
