Based on the popular “Where’s Wally?” children's book series, Sega’s Wally wo Sagase! is a cooperative multiplay game released in Japan in 1992. Two players use trackballs to navigate detailed scenes filled with characters and objects, working together to locate Wally amidst the chaos. The gameplay consists of a collection of mini-games centered around this core search mechanic. Each stage presents a unique visual challenge as players scan busy environments for Wally’s distinctive striped shirt and hat. Success requires careful observation and coordination between both participants. Wally wo Sagase! runs on Sega's System 18 hardware and utilizes three buttons per player to interact with the game. This version, revision B, is designed for two players and offers a charming, visually engaging experience rooted in the simple joy of discovery.
