Epos Corporation • 1983
Also known as: Beastie Feastie, The Glob

Guide Super Glob through a series of increasingly challenging levels in this 1983 platformer from Epos Corporation. As Toby, an insatiable creature on a constant quest for snacks, players navigate vertical corridors, utilize elevators, and explore side tunnels across twenty-four distinct stages. A variety of animals actively pursue Toby, attempting to seize control of the elevators and impede his progress. The gameplay revolves around precise jumping and maneuvering to avoid these crafty animal adversaries while collecting a diverse selection of twelve different snacks. Successfully gathering these treats clears each level, propelling you further into Super Glob's relentless search for sustenance. The game presents a vertical screen with detailed graphics displaying 32 colors within a resolution of 236 x 272 pixels. Originally released as "The Glob," this title was later re-released under the name "Beastie Feastie." Players control Toby using a four-way joystick and two buttons to execute jumps and other actions in this single-player experience powered by a Zilog Z80 processor and a Namco sound chip.
