Super Lup Lup Puzzle / Zhuan Zhuan Puzzle (version 4.0 / 990518)
Omega System • 1999
Also known as: Lup Lup Puzzle / Zhuan Zhuan Puzzle, Puzzle Bang Bang

Omega System's Super Lup Lup Puzzle, also known as Zhuan Zhuan Puzzle, challenges players to a frantic, two-player puzzle experience released in 1999. The gameplay centers around a spiraling track where colored marbles continuously descend toward a goal line; failure to stop them results in game over. Players control cannons positioned at the spiral's center and must shoot matching colored marbles into the advancing stream to eliminate them – chains of three or more identical marbles vanish from play. Strategic elements add depth beyond simple color matching. Special bonus items occasionally appear, offering temporary advantages like slowed marble speed. Furthermore, players can strategically fire unwanted marbles directly out of bounds to prevent their accumulation. Successfully clearing all marbles on a stage advances the player, while escalating difficulty presents increasingly rapid and complex marble patterns. Notably, Super Lup Lup Puzzle features selectable background displays accessible through service mode, which include options with suggestive imagery. The game’s design draws inspiration from Mitchell's "Puzz Loop," but incorporates unique mechanics and visual elements for a distinct arcade experience.
