SunA Quiz 6000 Academy (940620-6)

SunA Quiz 6000 Academy is a two-player quiz game released in 1994 by SunA Electronics. Players face off against each other answering questions presented on screen; proficiency dictates progression through increasingly difficult rounds. The game utilizes graphics and music drawn from Konami's earlier title, Quiz Gakumon no Susume, offering a familiar aesthetic for those acquainted with that work. Gameplay involves selecting answers using buttons to compete for the highest score. Internal hardware features a combination of Motorola and Zilog processors alongside Yamaha sound chip and DAC components to power both visuals and audio. The game's palette supports 512 colors, contributing to its visual presentation. Initially released in Korea during June of 1994, SunA Quiz 6000 Academy later gained exposure through Korean video game broadcasts like On-gamenet’s ‘Kyunkim-e-wang-kkaji’ event in 2011.
