Rabbit is a two-player fighting game released in 1997 by Aorn and Electronic Arts. Players control animal characters locked in combat using an eight-way joystick and four action buttons to execute light punches, heavy punches, light kicks, and heavy kicks. The gameplay focuses on direct head-to-head competition between these unique fighters. Developed as the final title from Aorn before their bankruptcy, Rabbit features a team of creators including Yasuhiko Sameshima as Executive Producer. Programmed for a Motorola 68EC020 processor, it was initially released alongside a version for the Sega Saturn console in Japan. The game boasts a sizable development staff credited with programming, graphic design, sound and voice acting – contributing to its distinctive presentation.
