Quiz Nanairo Dreams: Nijiirochou no Kiseki (Japan 960826)

Quiz Nanairo Dreams: Nijiirochou no Kiseki is a two-player quiz game released in Japan by Capcom in 1996. Running on CPS-II hardware, players answer questions presented in Japanese to progress through the game's narrative. The gameplay revolves around befriending various female characters and collecting crystals needed to ultimately defeat a powerful Devil King. The game’s story blends trivia challenges with a lighthearted adventure theme; success depends on demonstrating knowledge of the subject matter posed by the quiz questions. Featuring colorful graphics characteristic of Capcom’s CPS-II games, Quiz Nanairo Dreams offered an engaging experience for two players simultaneously. A soundtrack album was released in Japan shortly after the game's arcade debut. Later releases brought this quiz game to both Sony PlayStation and Sega Saturn consoles in 1997. One character from the game, Saki, later appeared as a supporting character in another Capcom title, Marvel vs. Capcom – Clash of Super Heroes.
