International Cup '94 (Ver 2.2O 1994/05/26)

Step onto the pitch in International Cup '94, a soccer game from Taito Corporation released in 1994 for four players. Developed in Japan and running on Taito’s F3 system hardware, this title is part of a series that began with Euro Champ ‘92 and continued with Taito Power Goal later the same year. Players control their chosen team, maneuvering them across the field to score goals against opponents through passing, shooting, and strategic positioning. This version, designated as 2.2O, appears to be an export release of a game originally known as "Hattrick Hero '94." The gameplay focuses on fast-paced matches with simplified controls designed for arcade accessibility. Teams battle it out in pursuit of the International Cup title. The game's inclusion within the series demonstrates Taito’s continued commitment to soccer sports games throughout the early nineties, building upon earlier entries like Taito Cup Finals. Prom stickers identify the machine as D78.
