Filetto (v1.05 901009)
Novarmatic • 1990

Filetto is a cooperative puzzle game released in 1990 by Novarmatic for two players. The gameplay centers around manipulating falling blocks to create complete lines and clear space on the playfield. Two players work together, each controlling one side of the screen, requiring coordination and communication to succeed as the pace quickens. The game utilizes an Intel I8088 processor running at 8 MHz. Successful completion of lines awards points; however, allowing the stack to reach the top results in a game over. Filetto provides a straightforward yet engaging challenge that relies on teamwork and spatial reasoning. Released in October of 1990, this title is considered a "solved" puzzle game within the arcade community.
