Take to the skies in Acrobatic Dog-Fight, a two-player aerial shooter released by Technos Japan in 1984 and distributed in North America by Data East USA. As pilots of nimble aircraft, players engage in intense, acrobatic combat against opponents in a vertical scrolling environment. Maneuver your plane to dodge enemy fire while attempting to lock on and destroy the competition; skillful piloting and precision are key to achieving high scores. This game provides a thrilling cooperative or competitive experience for two players simultaneously. Acrobatic Dog-Fight is based upon the original Japanese version, "Dog-Fight - Batten O'Hara no Sucharaka Kuuchuu-sen," and represents an export adaptation intended for North American arcades. The Italian player Antonio Colangelo currently holds the top recorded score of 1,445,050 points, achieved in July 1985.
