Dharma Doujou
Metro • 1994
Also known as: Dharma Dojang - Mangchi Man

Published in Japan in 1994 by Metro, Dharma Doujou is a two-player maze and block puzzle game. Players control their characters through intricate levels using an eight-way joystick and a single button. The objective involves maneuvering blocks within the maze to reach designated goals, often requiring careful planning and coordination between both players to succeed. The gameplay blends strategic thinking with quick reflexes as players navigate challenging layouts. As the title—which translates to "Dharma Dojo - I'll Be The King!"—suggests, there’s a competitive element present in the cooperative puzzle experience. Dharma Doujou was Metro's seventh arcade video game release and features sound chips from OKI and Yamaha alongside a Motorola CPU. A version of this title was later released for the Super Famicom console.
