Konami’s Crypt Killer arrived in arcades in 1995 as a cooperative shooting experience for up to three players. This title runs on Konami's GQ system hardware and is an export version of the earlier Japanese game, Henry Explorers. Players work together to navigate challenging environments, utilizing guns to defeat various enemies encountered within subterranean locations. The gameplay centers around exploration and combat; teams move through levels while targeting and destroying creatures that impede their progress. As a shooter, accuracy and coordination among players are vital for success against the increasingly difficult opposition. Crypt Killer was released in August of 1995 and later ported to home consoles including Sony PlayStation and Sega Saturn in 1997 across North America and Europe.
