Champion Base Ball

Challenge your friend to a head-to-head baseball showdown in Champion Base Ball, released in 1983 by Alpha Denshi Co. under license from Sega. This two-player arcade game puts you directly in control of batting and fielding actions, offering a simplified but engaging take on the classic sport. The gameplay focuses on timing and precision; anticipate your opponent's moves while executing swings and field plays effectively. While not attempting full simulation, Champion Base Ball provides an accessible baseball experience perfect for quick matches and friendly competition. Alpha Denshi produced this title in collaboration with Sega Enterprises, bringing a recognizable brand to the arcade sports genre. Published in March of 1983, Champion Base Ball offers a straightforward and enjoyable sporting contest playable by two individuals simultaneously.
