Gameplay

Visco's Bang Bang Busters is a cooperative platform game released in 2000 for the SNK Neo-Geo MVS hardware. Players control two characters navigating levels filled with enemies that can be defeated by "puffing" them, a mechanic reminiscent of Dig Dug. Gameplay involves running, jumping, and strategically targeting foes to progress through stages, often punctuated by bonus sections and challenging boss encounters. The game's unique title is pronounced “Bang Bang Busters.” Originally a rare prototype identified as NGM-071, it later received a re-edition on Neo-Geo AES cartridge by NCI, designated NGH-071, in December 2010. Bang Bang Busters offers a two-player experience centered around coordinated action and skillful use of its distinctive enemy elimination mechanic.
