Soldier Girl Amazon
Nichibutsu • 1986
Also known as: Sei Senshi Amatelass
Developed in Japan and released internationally in 1986, Soldier Girl Amazon is a two-player shooter game from Nichibutsu. Players control female warriors navigating scrolling environments while battling various enemies on foot. The gameplay combines elements of walking games with shooting mechanics as players advance through levels, engaging foes directly rather than operating a vehicle or spaceship. A PlayStation 4 port of the original arcade version was made available in both North America and Europe during 2016.
