The Three Stooges In Brides Is Brides (set 1)

Step into chaotic comedy with The Three Stooges in Brides Is Brides, a frantic shooter released in 1984 from Mylstar. Players take control of Moe, Larry, and Curly as they rampage through various rooms searching for their kidnapped fiancées, Cora, Nora, and Dora, who have been snatched by a mad scientist. Using hammers to smash furniture and dispatch interfering socialites and police officers with comical slapstick—pies, slaps, and head-bashing are all fair game—players must locate three hidden keys in each room to unlock the exit. The gameplay involves navigating seven distinct scenes, from an office to a laboratory, each repeated across four escalating levels of difficulty. A bonus round challenges players to dodge sour notes from an opera singer while collecting keys. The game supports cooperative play for up to three players simultaneously; however, a single player can also face off against the computer-controlled Stooges. Success hinges on retrieving all three keys in each level and escaping before time runs out, culminating in rescuing the brides from the scientist’s clutches. With its frantic action and classic Stooge humor, The Three Stooges in Brides Is Brides delivers a uniquely hilarious arcade experience.
